Shipping and Policies

Order Processing and Shipping:
Please allow an average of  6-12 Business Days(depending on where you live) from date of purchase for your bike to arrive. For Greenline and Firmstrong Beach Cruisers Shipments are delivered by FedEx Ground service. For Micargi Beach Cruisers Shipments are delivered by UPS ground service. A tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as your order has been processed. We ship to the continental United States (48 states) only.
**Alaska and Hawaii residence please email us for a shipping quote.
**We do not ship to APO, FPO, P.O. BOX or International at this time.

Damaged Merchandise:
Damaged Merchandise occasionally happens when your bicycle arrives to your home or business. Don't worry. If your bike was purchased from Beachcruisers4less.com it is automatically insured. You must notify us within 7 days from the date the shipment was delivered...NO exceptions.
We highly suggest you OPEN and Inspect the bike within this timeframe.
Please read the specifications on how to submit for damaged items under(Manufactures Warrenty...below)
Fill out the RMA Claim Request located at the Customer Service Request Form.

Missing Parts:
IMPORTANT! You must report any missing parts within 7 days of arrival..No exceptions. 
We highly suggest that you open the box and inspect the bike for any missing parts once you receive the bicycle.

Manufacturers Warranty:
All bicycles carry a ninety day manufactures warranty on all defective bicycle parts only.  Claims can be made by emailing us at info@beachcruisers4less.com We will need: detailed description of the damage or defect, attach a photo of the damage or defect, date of purchase, customers name, address, city, state, zip, phone, and email address. Warranty parts will be sent out upon receiving a complete and valid claim within 3-5 business days.

The manufacturer will replace any part(s) that is found to be defective or that fails within the period of the warranty. Any shipping cost for out of warranty or non-covered replacement item(s) shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, the warranty on each bicycle sold by Beachcruisers4less.com is limited to defective part(s) replacement with equal or greater value type product at the sole discretion of the manufacturer.

Non-Warranty Items:
1. Gear, brake or any other adjustments
2. Any alteration made or aftermarket part installed on bike by customer
3. Damage from a bike accident 
4. Damage due to original shipping or transport
5. Minor scratches are not deemed damage and not covered by the warranty 
6. Normal wear and tear to bike, tires or components

7. Labor for assembly or any adjustments.

Manufacturer's Defects:
If you suspect a product or part has a manufacturer's defect, please notify us by submitting the an
RMA Claim Request within the allowed time frame of 7 days of delivery of your bike. We will respond to your claim within three (3) business days to inform you as to what action will take place in order to rectify the situation.

NO unauthorized returns will be accepted without the proper RMA
(Returned Material Authorization) number associated with the returned merchandise. 
Beachcruisers4less must first approve the return, then issuing an RMA number.

To file a return or replacement,
READ FULL CONTENT: you must fill
out an
RMA Claim Request. Your claim form must have the following items attached to your claim:
Clear digital pictures of the damage or defect
Date of purchase
Customer(s): Full Name
Address, city, state, and zip 
Email address
Phone number

Email completed form, pictures and info to
info@beachcruisers4less.com.
In addition, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of any returned part(s) and/or merchandise plus a 30% re-stocking fee.

**Beachcruisers4less.com is not responsible for damaged merchandise due to shipping carriers or defective part(s).
